An unapproved demarche of supporting the soldier Andrei Sichev is held in Moscow near the building of Department of Defense. He became disabled as the result of the treatments that were out of regulations in Chelyabinsk tank college.

Several dozens of people gathered near the entrance of the metro station "Arbatskaya" opposite the building of Department of Defense. "The demarche is not sanctioned by Moscow authorities and that`s why the participants will be asked to break up. In case they refuse they will be brought administrative action" said the representative of the City Administration of Internal Affairs. He also added that they are not informed of the organizers of the demarche and the participants` demands.
