Policemen found cache with weapon in Ekazhevo village of Nazran district of Ingushetia.

Regional administration of Interior Affairs informed that "hiding-place was found by testimony of detained rebel, who is suspected in attack at republican objects on June 22, 2004, in his house and grounds".

The cache contained 2 Kalashnikov submachine guns, a hand antitank grenade cup discharge, a Mosin rifle and an optical sight.

As a reminder, about 300 Chechen and Ingush rebels attacked Nazran at night on June 22, 2004.

Splitting into small groups, rebels entered the town and besieged buildings of Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ingushetia, city and regional departments of Nazran, Karabulak and Ordjonikidze Interior Affairs, and Nazran frontier troops.

Many participants of the attack are still in federal search.
