The state registration service of Ukraine asked the court in the proceedings for the prohibition of the activity of the Communist party of Ukraine to appoint a linguistic analysis of public comment of the leader of the CPU Petro Symonenko, the petition read about it on Thursday the head of the service Anna Onyshchenko.

District administrative court of Kyiv has begun on Thursday hearings on the suit of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine and the State registration service on the prohibition of the activity to the Communist Party of Ukraine.

in early may, the head of the Communist party of Ukraine Petro Symonenko said that if he was the head of the country, " immediately withdrew all its troops from the Eastern regions of the country, calling a special operation involving the army war against the people. Then at that time the Acting President Alexander Turchinov has addressed in the Ministry of justice with a request to test the activity of the Communist party for possible of belonging to interact with militias in the East and in case of confirmation of these facts, be adopted without delay in the prescribed legal act order of measures to ban the Party.

" We declare the petition to conduct a linguistic examination of statements Simonenko, " said Onishchenko, adding that the examination will enable to receive the proper acknowledgement of the violations in the activities of the Communist party.

Onishchenko asked to entrust the examination of the Kiev research Institute of forensic examinations. Specialists obliged to answer was whether the statements Symonenko calls for the destruction of the independence of Ukraine, change of the constitutional system by force. The court decided to postpone consideration of this petition at a later stage of the trial.

The Communist party of Ukraine was close ally of the ruling Party of regions, both of them are the most important thing on the support of the inhabitants of the Eastern regions of Ukraine. These Parties lost their positions in February, once amid mass protests involving pravoedelo came to power of the opposition coalition. Fresh authorities rely most importantly the support of the Western and Central regions.
