An explosion has occurred in apartment house on Lublinsky street of Moscow at midnight. One of flats is sufficiently damaged.

By data of law machinery, 40-year old owner of the damaged flat reported to police about an explosion. Arrived to the place of incident operative investigational group has established that an explosive assembly was placed in tape-recorder, which was presented to the owner of the flat.
