The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Latvia has made a black list of persons banned from entering the country, the names of three figures of Russian culture - Iosif Kobzon, Oleg Gazmanov and Alla Perfilovo, popular under the stage name Valeria.

As informs the Ministry, this decision is connected with the opinions expressed by these artists position in connection with joining of Crimea to Russia, and in relation to the events in Ukraine.
