Competition on pancake making between teams of Ukraine and Russia will be held at the time of Pancake week celebration in Moscow, the director of the festival Sergei Komin has announced at the press-conference on Wednesday.

"Ukraine is our closets neighbour, our sister nation. We have announced comic competition on song singing and pancake making. People from three Ukrainian cities are coming to participate in it", said Komin.

He also announced competition on singing "Russian karaoke ". "The team which makes the whole Vasilyevsky Spusk singing, will be the winner", explained Komin.

The main area of Pancake week celebration will be on Vasilyevsky Spusk of the Red Square. The celebration will take place from February 27 to March 5.
