In case Armenia and Azerbaijan achieve compromise on Nagorno-Karabakh, Russia is ready to act as a guarantor of the settlement.

Unsolved Nagorno-Karabakh case concerns all Caucasian countries, including Russia, noted official representative of Russian Ministry of Interior Affairs Mikhail Kamynin. Russia would actively assist in search of Karabakh conflict settlement.

The principal Russian position on Karabakh remains unchangeable. "We base on principle that final choice of regulating method lies on the Azerbaijani and the Armenians", - announced he.

"Russia is ready to support variant of problem solution, which will satisfy both countries, and will act as a guarantor in case of compromise achievement", - emphasized official representative of Russian Ministry of Interior Affairs.
