Head coach of Russian hockey team Vladimir Krikunov considers that his charges did their best in game for Olympic bronze, where Czech republic celebrated its victory with score of 0:3.

"The players did everything they could on present day", - has announced Krikunov during press-conference after the game.

"We were in mood for this match but first missed goal spoilt everything", - supposed he.

In opinion of Russian national team, players are noting to blame for. "The only guilt is the absence of goals in last 2 matches, - thinks Krikunov. - Coach staff has no other claims to the team".

He noted that "Russian hockey players attacked a lot and played selflessly but one can not win the game without scored goals".

Losing to Czech republic Russian team stayed without Olympic awards. The same situation occurred on Olympic Games-94 in Norwegian Lillehammer. In 1998 Russian hockey team won "silver" in Nagano, and in 2002 - "bronze" in Salt Lake City.
