Ukraine has lost a dispute with the Russian Tatneft in international arbitration by $100 million in a case concerning the ownership of shares of JSC " Ukrtatnafta " (Kremenchug refinery) and wants to file an appeal. Upon written request of the Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko, the losing party wants to appeal the verdict." There is a court decision which has not entered into force. It has not fully satisfied the claim of Tatneft, the amount of which approximately $100 million.. currently we are preparing an appeal. It will be submitted before the end of the month, " the official said.
