The Ukrainian crisis is a threat to the stability in the system of international law and test in Europe and around the world, said the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.

Naryshkin arrived in Paris to participate in the meeting of the presidential Department of the PACE at the invitation of the head Assembly.

" The crisis in Ukraine, which puts in danger the system of norms and stability of the institutions of international law, which violates the moral standards of relations in politics, which, unfortunately, reminds all of us of the very real threat of neo-Nazism, is a kind of test and Europe, and around the world, " said Naryshkin correspondents on the first day of the week.

France and Russia has a rich common history, our armies met on the battlefield, but in both world wars we were comrades-in-arms, " said Naryshkin.

Charles de Gaulle believed that the interaction between Russia and France is the basic element of security on the European continent, reminded Naryshkin.
