Rada did not support the draft law on introducing changes to the law on television and radio broadcasting in relation to establishing procedures for interim limits broadcast, rebroadcast on the square of Ukraine programs of broadcasting organizations, which do not fall under the jurisdiction of Ukraine. In support of the bill authorship of the people's Deputy faction " Batkivshchyna " Nicholas Knyazhytskyy spoke only 200 people's deputies at the required minimum of 226 votes. The draft law proposed to provide to the National Council on television and radio broadcasting its own right solution for 30 days before the court decision to terminate the retransmission of television programs, the primary broadcast from the territory of other countries, if such programs contain calls for violent change of the constitutional order, war, propaganda of any kind of intolerance or data that do not meet the law of Ukraine on protection of public morality.
