The self-proclaimed leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk national republics encouraged the OSCE more likely to agree their proposals on the implementation of the Minsk agreement and to provide impartial international supervision of ceasefires. Manual DND and LNR gave suggestions on the implementation of the reached agreements with the OSCE representative on issues addressing the situation in Ukraine, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini. In a statement to the OSCE Prime Minister DND Alexander Zakharchenko and Chapter LNR Igor Carpentry emphasize that extremely important to halt the bloodshed and prevent a humanitarian catastrophe in South-Eastern regions. Leaders DND and LNR hope that the OSCE will provide impartial international supervision over the observance of the ceasefire and objective monitoring of the situation in the South-East of Ukraine.
