Preliminary report on the inquiry disaster Boeing in the East of Ukraine hardly be called international because it does not specify the resolution of the UN security Council about the need for such investigation, said the Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin.

" The first thing I noticed and thought it strange that when the text of the report, initially reported about that, on what basis was conducted this trial, reported ICAO rules, the contract, which the Netherlands has concluded with Ukraine, according to which the Netherlands took on his own shoulders leading role in conducting this investigation, but for some reason never mentioned decisions of the security Council, which was adopted by the inquiry.
