Outdoor punishment of the European Union will undoubtedly be followed by a response from Russia. This message was made by the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin. He emphasized that in conditions of fragile truce in Ukraine in Brussels did not invent anything better than to proclaim another anti-Russian punishment. Naryshkin also said that the Russian Federation had already warned foreign partners about the fact that the response to punishment will follow. Remember, the EU Council approved the introduction of new restrictions on Russia, but the decision about their entry into force pending community for a few days to assess the implementation of the cease-fire in Ukraine.
