The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday adopted the law on the special status regions of Donbass and Amnesty for militias.

" Article of the " Law on the special status " to the possibility of creating independent from Kyiv security forces of the people's militia gives the militia of Donbass legitimacy on an international level. Now nobody will be able to call the militia terrorists. This is an obvious plus of this Law, " said Putilin Last news .

At the same time, said Putilin, it cannot be excluded that " certain forces in Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk have the opportunity to try to apply the legalization of militia in damage to the national republics ".

" They will try to build alternative divisions within the republics. It will not work. Because the ancient, selected according to the Ukrainian laws, local councils are not legitimate and has no right to create a police Department. The Protocol, signed in Minsk on the results of the tripartite meeting of the contact group on the settlement of the situation in Ukraine envisages the adoption by Ukraine of the Law on the special status of Donetsk and Lugansk regions and the holding of early elections and includes twelve points.
