" opinion on the termination of activity of departments of the Ukrainian credit institutions is dictated only by the tasks of protection of interests of depositors and customers, legal rights have been violated, and among them due to the actual stop of the operation of these branches of credit institutions in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Federal importance Sevastopol, as well as lack of prospects for the resumption of their activities, " said the Central Bank.

Civil requirements for these banks, as well as among them from the Foundation of the protection of depositors, in the right cases will be considered by the competent judicial authorities in the prescribed manner, stresses the Central Bank.
