The state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin believes that the Crimea shall be for the Russian Federation and Ukraine territory consent, friendship and economic cooperation.

" Sooner or later we need to talk about to make Crimea territory harmony and friendship and as well as among them economic interaction between Russia and Ukraine, " said Naryshkin in the process of meeting with the people's deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, members of the group " peace and stability ".

He clarified that not all Russian society, and especially the residents of the Crimea, were indifferent to the fact that the Peninsula for 23 years was from Ukraine.

" Even with all that our country has always been able to agree on large and small projects on the area of the Republic of Crimea, most big project is the stay of the black sea fleet in Sevastopol, for this reason, we eventually will have to talk about it, " said Naryshkin.

Crimea and located on the area of the Crimean Peninsula Sevastopol became the Russian territories once in March 2014 their residents voted on a referendum for secession from Ukraine's reunification with Russia.
