September 16, Rada adopted the law on the special status regions of Donbass, which includes a special range of opportunities for local authorities. Legislation is proposed to appoint on December 7, extraordinary local elections in some areas of Donbass. However, the Prime Minister DND Alexander Zakharchenko said that on the area of Donetsk national Republic will not be conducted election announced by the Ukrainian authorities.
