The OSCE parliamentary Assembly should develop a quality election observation mission in Ukraine, said the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.

" I consider it extremely important to establish under the auspices of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly quality and close international monitoring of the election campaign in Ukraine, the same everywhere, where elections will be held, as well as local level, paying Close attention to the persecution of dissent, free agitation and difficulties for immigrants in the implementation of their voting rights, " he said.
