Russia until revealed no grounds for use duties for Ukrainian goods, but monitoring the implementation of the agreement with the EU is continuing, said the head of the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation Alexei Ulyukayev.
Prime Minister Medvedev D. A. warned that the conclusion of duties on Ukrainian goods will be valid after the actual or legal use of the Treaty on the Union with the EU, according to TASS. Before the first day of the week Kiev has identified a list of Russian subjects, which will be introduced fees in the case of duties for Ukrainian goods. Remember, according to the government decree, signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on September 19, Russia will impose duties on goods from Ukraine for 10 days after the beginning of the implementation process of the Treaty of Union with the EU. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the European Parliament on 16 September ratified the Association agreement between Kyiv and Brussels, and it must begin to be used from 1 November 2014. Russia, Ukraine and the EU agreed that the implementation of the agreement regarding the establishment of the free trade zone will be delayed until 1 January 2016. Throughout the period of execution of this consensus Russia promised not to introduce measures to protect its economy, including import duties on items from Ukraine. Medvedev D. A. reported that Moscow will introduce fees for Ukrainian subjects, if Kiev violate the consensus of the Treaty of Union with the European Union.
