The adoption of the draft law on compensation to the Russians and the Russian organisations of the losses incurred because of the unjust decisions of foreign courts would be counterproductive, because it indirectly encourages the export of capital from Russia, says the head of the RF Ministry of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev.

The state Duma will see This draft law in the first reading on Wednesday. He was introduced in September elected representative of the people of the " United Russia " Vladimir Ponevejsky. Profile Committee of the state Duma recommended that the draft law to the adoption.

" This draft law in fact distributes implicit budget insurance for foreign assets. That is, in fact, we encourage the export of capital from Russia in various forms, that is not the objective of economic policy. For this reason, from my point of view, it would be counterproductive, " said the speaker at the governmental hour in the state Duma.

The Minister added that the latest version of the bill has not yet been submitted for approval to the Ministry.


The US and EU do not recognize the annexation of Crimea to Russia and accused Moscow of interfering in Ukraine. Russia denies it and calls the accusations are unacceptable.
