The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has ordered the Cabinet of Ministers before the end of the year to create and submit a draft of the National strategy in the field of human rights.

According to the document, the development of such a strategy is necessary to improve the legal and institutional framework, as well as create an efficient mechanism of a comprehensive human rights in the country.

" The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide up to 1 January 2015 development involving the authorized bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government, civil society, the leading Russian scientists and international experts and taking into account international experience of the project of the National strategy in the field of human rights and to submit it for consideration in the prescribed manner ", - reported in the text of the document, made public on Wednesday at the presidential Internet representation.
