The state Duma will consider in the 2nd reading of the Draft law enabling the organization Gazprom to pump the gas through Ukraine in account receivable of Kiev. The project provides for the netting of obligations between gas exporters, residents, and customers-residents, as well as the transit of gas through other countries. Changes are proposed to the law on currency regulation. Before the proposal was received from Gazprom.
