TV in Latvia fined for " biased " data about Ukraine
The Latvian national Council for electronic media (SESMI) on Thursday decided to fine 3600 Euro 1st Baltic channel (PBK), which relays in Latvia 1st channel Russia, for filing a " one-sided, biased information " about the events in Ukraine.
