" According to the document, " Ukrtransgaz " appealed to the Economic court of Kyiv against Naftogaz, demanding to return to the Unified gas transportation system of Ukraine 4, 751 billion cubic meters of natural gas to cover the deficit of gas in the heating season 2014-2015. The shortage of natural gas " Naftogaz " has emerged in the fourth quarter of 2007 - the first or second quarters of 2008 ", - stated in the message.

Naftogaz acknowledged shortage of gas in a given period and asked the court for a five-year delay, citing the fact that he is experiencing a shortage of natural gas in the amount of 5 billion cubic meters due to cease in June of the current year deliveries by Gazprom. 9 October the court fully satisfied the request of " Naftogaz ", ordered the company to return the gas for 2 years.
