Latvian Saeima blesed in the first reading, suspension of the issuing of the residence permit to the Russians in exchange for investments. The final decision on the matter will take the new Parliament. For amendments to the law voted 50, vs - 24, one people's choice abstained. The document provides for the suspension of the issuance of residence permits to settle the fall in the Ukraine. After the resolution of conflicts procedure will possibly not fully or completely start again by making appropriate changes in diet, according to the draft law.
