The flow of immigrants from the South-East of Ukraine has increased greatly since June amid fighting between supporters of independence Donetsk and Kyiv national security. The border of the Rostov region was in this situation a kind of transit point. In late summer the number of immigrants in the region has over 56 thousand, from September this number began to decline.

" now in the square region are 40706 citizens of Ukraine, which since June of this year were forced to leave their homes and come to our area. Among them - 12173 child, " said the report.

during the day, the number of Ukrainian Citizens in the municipalities of the region decreased by 129 people.
