The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, the head of the state Department of the US John Kerry will meet on the first day of the weekend in preparation for the APEC summit in Beijing.
The parties did not specify the agenda of the meeting, however, as a rule, in the talks with Lavrov, Kerry she is very extensive. So, during the prior round of dialogue, held on 14 October in Paris, discussed the situation in Ukraine, Iraq, dialogues on the Iranian " nuclear dossier ", as well as issues of bilateral relations and certain aspects of a humanitarian nature relating to the fate of Russian Residents, reports TASS. This time the head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the head of the American state Department, too, have something to discuss. Another round of talks of the " six " international mediators will be held September eleven in Oman. The time limit for reaching a decision on this issue, expires on November 24. Of additional importance to the negotiations Lavrov and Kerry by the fact that on the sidelines of the APEC summit could take place the meeting of the presidents centuries Putin and Barack Hussein Obama. The meeting had not excluded Authorized Kremlin and the White House. The APEC summit will be held on November 10-11. Russia wants to put before participants questions about the increasing openness of economies and the compliance with WTO rules.
