Kanner said in Berlin on held on November 12-13, annual forum of the Organization for security and cooperation in the European Union, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Berlin conference of the OSCE in the battle against anti-Semitism. The forum was attended by more than 200 parliamentarians and public figures from OSCE countries, and among them from Russia.
