Consideration of the appeal against the sentence on the Gongadze case pending on December 8
The Kyiv court of appeals has postponed until December 8, consideration of the complaint against the verdict of the former head of the intelligence Department and external supervision of the Ministry of interior of Ukraine Oleksiy Pukach, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the killing of journalist Georgy Gongadze in the fall of 2000, the Agency Tuesday.

in the last month of summer of the current year at a closed meeting of the judge of the Pechersk court considered an appeal by the convicted on the question of reduction of sentence, as well as the intercession of the messenger of the affected side on a full review of the case.

The victims in the case is a journalist Oleksiy Podolsky. The result proved that he, as a journalist Georgy Gongadze, Pukach was taken to the forest for punishment. Podolski managed to survive. Now he demands again to start a business Pukach to identify the customer's crimes.

according to the Agency, during today's court hearing another Victim in the case Pukach Alex Podolsky said exhaust composition of the panel in connection with them as if bias for not wanting to hear the case in open mode, but the petition was rejected.
