The security service of Ukraine revealed the theft 700 million (46 million) in the country's largest state Bank.

" The SBU in collaboration with the management of this financial institution has exposed the criminal mechanism theft 700 million of public funds by obtaining initially irrevocable loan secured by real estate ", - stated in the message of the SBU.

The file is opened in accordance with paragraph " misappropriation, embezzlement of property or possession by abuse of position ".

The Bank was created at the base of the institutions of the USSR savings Bank in Ukraine. Currently it is one of the largest financial institutions in the country (in September 2013 he held the 2nd position after PrivatBank by assets, capital, and deposits of physical persons).
