The European court has given effect to the complaints of Ukraine against Russia
The European court of human rights has given the course of two complaints of Ukraine against Russia. The Cabinet of the country complains about numerous murders of military and civilians in the end the illegal annexation of Crimea to Russia, and Russian support of armed militia groups in the South-East of the country. The second complaint related to the fact that living in the Crimea and Sevastopol citizens of Ukraine are automatically recognized as Russian citizens. Citizens who want to preserve Ukrainian citizenship are under pressure, according to the complaint. Ukraine reported discrimination of Crimean Tatars on ethnic grounds. Preparation of response given four months.
