The European Union has included in the sanctions List of candidates for the past 2 November elections of heads and parliaments of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk national republics and authorized manuals LNR and DND, the defendants in the list of prohibited entry into the EU, and their assets on the area of the European Union frozen, evidenced by publication in a published journal of the European Union.

The list included 13 surnames and 5 public organizations that fall under the restrictive measures in connection With the situation in Ukraine. The European Union is accusing them of undermining the territorial integrity of the country.

The list was extended on behalf of the foreign Ministers of the EU countries, which on November 17, decided to strengthen the restrictive measures against the militias. The first individual punishments were introduced in March. Since then, they came, and among them representatives of the Russian authorities and businessmen, and leaders of militias in the East of Ukraine. Now the List includes 132 and 28 legal entities.
