The Ministry of defence of the Czech Republic is going in 2015 to announce a tender for the purchase of new transport helicopters, which will replace the archaic Mi-17, Mi-171 and Mi-24 Soviet and Russian buildings. About this, it tells Defense News, announced the Minister of defence of the Czech Republic Martin Stropnicky.

According to him, the defense Ministry is going to pay no more than 350 million CZK (15.8 million dollars) for the helicopter. Delivery is scheduled to take until the end of 2018.
