Ukrainian deputies submitted to the Parliament a draft law that allows you to attract foreigners to work in government agencies, relevant information appeared on the Internet representation of the Parliament on Tuesday.

" The purpose of the draft law is the establishment of conditions for the connection to work in the right state bodies of foreigners in Accordance with the national interests of Ukraine ", - is written in an explanatory paper for the law.

for example, proposed to be adjusted in a number of draft laws, as well as among them in the laws of Ukraine on the Cabinet of Ministers, the Prosecutor's office, the Central authorities and the civil service regarding the possibility of appointment of foreigners or persons without citizenship, at different positions in the state agencies.

citizens of foreign countries do not have the opportunity to be appointed to the posts of Prime Minister, the head of the Ministry of defense, Ministry of interior, Ministry of foreign Affairs, Ministry of justice and the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Otherwise, they have the opportunity to become members of the Cabinet of the country.
