During a telephone conversation, the interlocutors touched upon the topics of the bilateral meetings, for example of a possible visit Poroshenko in Brussels in mid-December, when there will be a meeting of the European Council and the European people's party summit, UNIAN reports. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the European Parliament on 16 September ratified the Association agreement between Kyiv and Brussels, and it must begin to be used from 1 November 2014. Russia, Ukraine and the EU agreed that the implementation of the agreement regarding the establishment of the free trade zone will be delayed until 1 January 2016.
