The Director of one of the Ukrainian TPPs told the chief editor of the newspaper " Ukrainska Pravda " Sevgili Musayeva-Borovik about the catastrophic situation in power plants due to shortage of coal.
" This morning I received a call from a Director of one of the TPP, and yelled into the phone so that I almost went deaf. His speech was very emotional with unprintable words in the leadership of the country.
