A new approach to hiring " foreign experts " are going to practice throughout the government of Ukraine, said the head of the country's Petro Poroshenko in the publication for the wall Street Journal.
" We welcome the commissioners of other people who worked in the private and public sectors and have extensive experience in the introduction of reforms in their own countries, and who are ready to receive Ukrainian citizenship, " writes Poroshenko. According to his statement, transparent recruitment will ensure that the new government is responsible, professional and ethical criteria, reports TASS.
