The court in Astana sentenced citizen Eugene Vdovenko to five years imprisonment in a strict regime prison colony for participation in armed conflict in Ukraine.
Judge of the district court no 2 of Saryarka district Galina Bilbilov, which reviewed the case under the criminal code, read out the Verdict, reports Tengrinews. Kz. The sentence has not yet entered into force and is able to be appealed. On the last working day of the week it was announced that the court of Kazakhstan started the proceedings on a criminal case on the 30-year-old citizen of Kazakhstan Eugene Vdovenko, who is accused of participating in the armed conflict in Ukraine.
