Minsk talks on Ukraine must precede the Skype conference between representatives of Donetsk and Kyiv, said the Vice-speaker of the Parliament DND, Commissioner of the Republic in the negotiations Denis Putilin on the first day of the week.

" We demand that it is advisable to first conduct a Skype conference, and later to develop a specific date (Minsk talks back), " he said.

" No specific dates I don't know, and the Commissioner of Lugansk doesn't know either, " he added Putilin.
