" Despite the fact that the report is a kind of summing up of the Mission for 2014, it is ignored in practice existing at present in General in Ukraine, serious human rights problems, and among them in the field of freedom of expression, Assembly, provisions of the national and religious minorities, hatred and enmity, " said the Russian Ministry.

in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation stressed that " the authors of the report acknowledge that it is still not removed the issue of accountability for iniquity, caused mass destruction of people at Maidan in Kyiv, Odessa and Mariupol, and remain outstanding circumstances graves in the Donetsk region of civilians who, according to one version, have become victims of arbitrary executions from the Ukrainian security services.
