The government of Ukraine submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the support of the banking system. The text of the document posted in Tuesday night on the Internet office of the Ukrainian Parliament.

the bill is designed to combat the negative phenomena in the banking system caused by the outflow of deposits, reducing the level of capitalization of credit institutions, the devaluation of the hryvnia and the loss of confidence of depositors in the background of special operations in the Donets basin, is written in the explanatory note.

The document obliges banks to provide capitalization or restructuring in a National Bank size, otherwise they will be classified as insolvent.

A moratorium is imposed on the distribution of net profit of the Bank and the Bank to purchase shares issued.
