Amnesty International urged Kiev to take under the supervision of the Dnepr-1 " and " Aidar "

Amnesty International reports that it has received information according to which proniewski units, including Dnepr-1 " and " Aidar ", blocked the delivery of aid to Donetsk and Lugansk. In these conditions, Amnesty International urged the Ukrainian authorities to establish oversight of the actions of the volunteer units and to provide rules for the normal delivery of humanitarian assistance to the needy population.
