Ramzan Kadyrov said that in Chechnya to find and destroy terrorists will apply new tactics. Now every wanted bandit will be assigned to hunt him commander of a special unit. He will be instructed to take any action and to find members of the underground anywhere and anytime.

The head of the Chechen Republic noted that such tactics adopted by counter-terrorist units, well-proven and is widely applied in the future, up to complete cleaning of Chechnya from members of the underground.

Once again he appealed to the participants of illegal armed groups urging them to surrender their weapons and to stop the senseless fighting against the people of Chechnya.
