Poll: thirty percent of Russian-speaking residents of Finland complained of discrimination
Thirty percent of Russian-speaking residents of Finland said about the bad attitude of the Finns because of the language of social research organization Taloustutkimus.
in early winter the Company Taloustutkimus interviewed presumably five hundred non-stop living in Finland Russian. The vast majority (66%) of them said that the Ukrainian crisis has worsened relations between Russia and Finland, reports Yle. 1% said that relations have improved, 19% - that the relationship has not changed, and 14% were undecided. Almost fifty percent of the respondents believes that the attitude of Finns towards Russian is still good. However, every fifth said changes in the direction of the negative. Thirty percent otpisanih felt bad attitude of the Finns from their native Russian language, and among younger respondents, this figure reaches 44%.
