Kim Jong UN is going to come to Moscow As we learned from the South Korean diplomatic sources, the North Korean leader Kim Jong UN has agreed on a visit to Moscow to participate in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war.

The big question is, will this trip was the first official foreign visit of the head of the DPRK or at first he will come to China.

Russia has sent invitations to participate in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war in Moscow, many heads of States, including the DPRK leader Kim Jong UN. With all this domestic side was informed about some of the signals that the North Korean favorite intends to visit the Russian Federation. Now confirmation has been received from the South Korean diplomatic circles.

"There is evidence that the DPRK gave a favourable response to the transmitted RF invitation of Kim Jong-UN", - quotes "Interfax" Korean diplomat. Therefore, the journey to Moscow may be the first official foreign visit of Kim Jong-UN since its coming to power.

Meanwhile, the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang indicates that no data has conventionally intentions favorite North Korea. "The Embassy has no supporting information for this account" - quoted by RIA Novosti anonymous source at the Embassy. And yet, the prospect of the visit of Kim Jong-UN in Moscow is made all the more real.

With all of this, it is likely that before a visit to the Russian Federation's favorite North Korea will come to China. "If Kim Jong-UN will arrive in the Russian Federation and participate in the feasts, there is a strange situation: Kim Jong UN and Chinese President XI Jinping will meet at the same table at an event organized by a third party - the Russian Federation. China is in a similar situation would feel uncomfortable," says a diplomatic source.

Thus, relations between Beijing and Pyongyang has somewhat worsened after the DPRK were testing nuclear weapons in 2013. In 2014 XI Jinping broke a centuries-old tradition and with official visit to Seoul, not Pyongyang. Specialists in all of this, agreed that this decision was evidence of the resulting problems in the relationship between China and North Korea.

China, however, demonstrates a willingness to strengthen cooperation with North Korea, in consequence of this it is impossible to eliminate the possibility of a diplomatic visit to North Korea favorite first in Beijing and then in Moscow. But even if this does not happen, start the negotiation process the parties will be able in time to participate in the celebration of Victory Day. Importantly, in this scenario, their interaction will take place on neutral ground, which will probably help to quickly find a common language.
