The volume of gas in underground storage of Ukraine on 13 January was 10, 414 billion cubic meters, a decrease of day 0, 7%, inform data (GSE).

according to the information of the GSE, the level of storage has decreased to 32, 6% 32, 82% on January 12, when in Ukrainian underground storage facilities was 10, 487 billion cubic meters of gas.

Ukraine since October 20 last year started off gas from the storage facilities in connection with the beginning of the heating season. Supplies of Russian gas, discontinued since mid-June because of the billions of dollars of debt Kiev resumed on 9 December, after receiving Gazprom prepaid for 1 billion cubic meters.

The head of the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak noted that for the normal passage of winter and ensure uninterrupted transit to the European Union Naftogaz need to buy about 3 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia.
