At the end of this week the CBR based on the current economic situation, when for a few months, the dollar has risen almost twice made recommendations designed to alleviate the borrowers who took out loans in foreign currency. For this category of people the cost of credit has become quite exorbitant and many are unable to pay the monthly payments.

In its recommendations, the CBR urged to restructure foreign currency loans for the purchase of real estate and all who received them to 1 2015 we give the opportunity to take loans in rubles. When the conversion is proposed to use the rate of 40 roubles for one dollar, and the rates may cause interest appearing in Rubleva loan agreements.

Commenting on the report, first Deputy Chairman of the Duma industry Vladimir Gutenev expressed doubt that the banks will go towards the borrowers according to the recommendations of the CBR. He urged prodanovich the payment of debts on foreign currency mortgages for a few months, until the government and lending institutions will not accept a solution which actually protects the rights of foreign currency borrowers.
