In Ukraine, on Sunday declared a day of mourning in connection with the victims of the shelling of Mariupol. As notified on the Internet office of the President, the corresponding decree of the President of the country signed on Sunday morning. According to the decree, at 12: 00 on Sunday the memory of the dead will be honored with a minute of silence. In addition, the national flag will be flown at half-mast on the building authorities, local governments, state enterprises, institutions and organizations. Similarly in this day will be cancelled all entertainment and concert events, sporting events and changes in the programs of TV and radio programs. On the first day of the weekend occurred the attack on the city of Mariupol, Kiev blamed it on militias, in DND fire called provocation of the Ukrainian military.
