First Tuesday in the Rostov region from Noginsk rescue center went motorcade of EMERCOM of Russia with humanitarian aid for the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. New humanitarian convoy was already 12-m account. Last week it was announced that the EMERCOM of Russia initiated the formation of the 12-th columns with humanitarian aid for Donbass. It claimed that some cars will be released from Noginsk rescue emergency center, some will depart from other Russian regions. Remember, the last Humanitarian convoy arrived in the region on 8 January. Just eleven columns humanitarian aid cargo in the Donbass was delivered about 14, 5 thousand tons of cargo.
